NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2026 SEASON

Our professional lawn mowing services will keep your lawn looking lush and healthy. We use top-of-the-line equipment and take pride in our attention to detail  

Each scheduled lawn care appointment includes:

· Mowing (front and back yard, where applicable)

· Weed Mitigation (manual and/or chemical treatment as needed)

· Edging (driveways, sidewalks, beds, and curbs)

· Cleanup (clippings, debris, and other lawn refuse)

Additional services not listed above may incur additional charges and must be requested in advance.

Subscription Details

- Weekly subscriptions include a total of 28 visits between April 1 - October 1. 

- Biweekly subscriptions include a total of 14 visits between April 1 - October 1. 

- All services listed in Scope of Services are included in subscription plans. 

Full payment is required at the time of scheduling.

For subscription members, payment is due on the 1st of each month. Recurring payments will be processed on this date. Failure to pay will result in cancelled service.

You will receive an email notification with a payment link upon scheduling service.

Lawn maintenance is weather-dependent. If services cannot be performed on your scheduled date due to inclement weather (rain, storms, or unsafe conditions), we will notify you via phone call or text and automatically reschedule for the next available date.

All terms and payment obligations still apply for rescheduled services due to weather.

We reserve the right to adjust scheduling based on staffing, equipment availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Client must ensure all pets are secured and that gates are unlocked on the scheduled service date.
Client must disclose any information regarding but not limited to pets, fences, and topographical features of the lawn. 

Lawn must be reasonably free of debris, toys, excessive pet waste, or obstructions.

If our crew cannot safely access or service your lawn due to obstructions, locked gates, or unsafe conditions, your deposit will be retained and service rescheduled to a later date.

We aim for complete satisfaction with every service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We reserve the right to inspect and, at our discretion, re-service areas that may have been missed or inadequately serviced.

We are not responsible for damage to underground systems (sprinklers, cable lines, drainage, etc.) not clearly marked or disclosed prior to service.

We are not responsible for cosmetic damage to edging, concrete, or lawn features if they are in poor repair or not visible.

Client waives all claims for incidental or consequential damages resulting from lawn care services. Our liability is limited strictly to the cost of the services rendered.

By scheduling service, you authorize our employees, contractors, and equipment to access your property for the purposes of performing lawn maintenance. We will make every effort to protect your property and minimize disruption.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for reasons including, but not limited to:

· Repeated missed payments

· Unsafe or hazardous working conditions

· Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward staff

· Violation of terms in this agreement

By scheduling an appointment and submitting your deposit, you confirm that:

· You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service

· You are authorized to schedule service at the listed property

· You consent to receive appointment notifications and payment reminders via email, phone, or text message
